BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE

Please note that the sizes we have quoted are the actual size of each castle, please make sure you make allowances for six foot behind the castle for the vent and blower and a further two foot infront of the castle for safety mats.  Safety Mats are provided FREE OF CHARGE.

When booking a castle please make sure there is adequate space and height for the castle and there is suitable access (most castles will NOT fit through a standard doorway entrance).  We also request that you have electricity nearby from which we can run an extension lead. 

If you wish to book a castle for private use at your home please note that the castle has to be put on your own land/garden and not on land outside your own private boundary.

DEPOSIT FOR PARTY BOOKINGS
We ask for an immediate payment of £30 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the party date we reserve the right to keep your deposit .The deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill, the balance must be paid to the entertainer before party commences.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation of a bouncy castle booking,we would be grateful for at least one week's notice except where there are severe weather conditions for events outside.  If we feel that weather conditions are not suitable to put up a castle then we will not do so and the booking for a castle will be cancelled at no cost to yourself.

If bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of a party then you will lose your deposit. Upon arriving at a venue, if there is no party and we have not received any cancellation notice, we will levy the full booking charge. 

SAFETY
On delivery of the hired Bouncy Castle, you will be briefed on important safety aspects to adhere too, you will also be given an information pack regarding the use of the Bouncy Castle.
